Refund Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with what you ordered.

If you encounter any problem, we are honored to assist you through the following policy:

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product. This period is calculated from the date you receive the product(s).

For the right of exchange or return to apply, the items must be returned in their original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase (such as the courier bill).

Products must not be used beyond trying them on to check size or fit.

How to Exchange or Return

2. Provide your order number and mobile number.

3. Specify the product you want to exchange.


4. If the product has an issue or does not match the displayed image, please send clear photos of the issue within 2 days of receiving it.


5. Revent will cover shipping costs only if the product is defective or incorrect (wrong item or size).


6. For returns or exchanges due to any other reason, the customer bears the shipping cost.


7. If a problem appears after use, please explain the issue clearly in writing and attach clear photos at the time the issue arises.


8. If the item needs to be inspected, it will be sent to the quality control department. A response will be provided within 1 to 3 days after it arrives at our headquarters.


9. Replacement products will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.


10. All exchange and return requests are processed within 72 working hours.


11. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once Revent receives and inspects your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved:

You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you returned only part of your order, you’ll be refunded for the items returned only.

Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
